PiePush LLC ("PiePush," "we," "us," or "our") provides the PiePush platform — a direct mail marketing and campaign management service for pizzerias and restaurant operators.
By creating an account or using the PiePush platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Key Terms
- Use of Service: PiePush is a B2B SaaS platform for restaurant marketing. You must be 18 or older and operating a legitimate food service business.
- Subscription and Billing: Access requires a subscription. Billing is handled through Stripe. The standard distributor referral offer gives one free month on a monthly plan, once per account. Choosing annual does not consume an unused offer. The first 20 customers for each distributor instead receive the Founder's Bundle: 90 days free plus 10% off the printing line for 90 days; postage, mail services, and list data remain full price.
- Print Orders: Once a campaign is approved and sent to print, it cannot be cancelled. Review your proof carefully before approval.
- Acceptable Use: You may not use PiePush to send unsolicited communications, for illegal purposes, or in violation of USPS regulations.
- Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of your designs, logos, and content. You grant PiePush a license to use them for fulfilling your campaigns.
- Privacy: Governed by our Privacy Policy.
- Termination: You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
