PiePush operates the PiePush platform at piepush.com, a direct mail and marketing automation service designed for pizzeria and restaurant owners. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our platform.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email, phone, restaurant name, business address, and billing information.
- Campaign and Design Data: Menu content, design assets, mailing list data, and print order details.
- Usage Data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.
- Communications: Support interactions, voice call transcripts (with consent), and Clara AI messages.
- POS Sales Data: If you connect a POS system, transaction data is synced for campaign ROI measurement.
- Payment Information: Processed by Stripe. PiePush does not store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the PiePush platform
- Process and fulfill direct mail campaign orders
- Send transactional notifications about your account and campaigns
- Provide customer support
- Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized access
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers (printing, hosting, payments, email/SMS), for legal requirements, in business transfers, or with your consent.
4. SMS and Text Messaging
PiePush sends SMS messages only to users who have explicitly opted in. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyze usage. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and campaign data while your account is active. Cancelled accounts are retained for 30 days then deleted. You may request deletion at any time.
7. Data Security
We implement HTTPS encryption, secure database access controls, and regular security reviews. PiePush offers optional Privacy Mode for POS data: AES-256-GCM encryption in your browser so we cannot read your sales data.
8. Your Rights
You may access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. Contact privacy@piepush.com to exercise these rights.
9. Third-Party Services
Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS/voice), SendGrid (email), Google Firebase (auth), OpenAI (AI features), SmartyStreets and Melissa Data (address validation).
10. Children's Privacy
PiePush is a B2B platform for adult restaurant operators. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes by email or platform notice.
